service. Several years ago, I purchased my first Rhythm Touch
machine, but recently dropped, and broke it. While at a
convention at Navy Pier, I noticed your booth and immediately
purchased a replacement unit. However, when I began using this
new machine, I noticed the pads were not sticking well. I tried
several of the pads and found them all to be less adhering than
I was accustomed to with the old machine. Since we have relied
